The Election Commission of Pakistan on Wednesday announced the election schedule of Punjab Assembly’s constituency PP-241 by-election.
According to the ECP, the by-elections will be held on April 15 while nomination papers will be submitted from March 2 to 4.
A returning officer will complete the scrutiny until March 9 while the candidates can file appeals against the decision of the returning officer till March 16.
The election symbols will be allotted on March 19. It is pertinent to mention here that PP-241 was vacated after disqualification of the PML-N MPA Kashif Chaudhry.
