ISLAMABAD: Mainly hot and dry weather is likely to prevail in most parts of the country during the next 24 hours.
However, rain and dust-thunderstorm with gusty winds is expected at scattered places in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Islamabad, upper Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir, while at isolated places in Quetta, Zhob, Kalat, Multan, D.G. Khan and Bahawalpur divisions during evening or night time.
The rain may also occur at isolated places in Kalat, Multan, Sahiwal, Dera Ghazi Khan, Bahawalpur, Quetta and Zhob divisions.
Dust storm is also expected in Sukkur, Shaheed Benazirabad and Larkana divisions.
Temperature of some major cities recorded on Monday morning: Islamabad twenty-four degree centigrade, Lahore and Karachi twenty-nine, Peshawar twenty-seven, Quetta and Muzaffarabad sixteen, Gilgit and Murree seventeen degree centigrade.
